Skype update for Linux Alpha brings hostless group calling feature

Microsoft has begun rolling out update to the Skype for Linux Alpha application. The upgrade knocks the application to variant 1.12, and brings along a hostless gathering calling highlight, a few enhancements, and also broad bug fixes.
