when you are writing your new post and just go to google trends search for the topic you want to write . for example you are searching for the mobile phones just write the query in search section press enter then it will display results with search index and with how many searches and country specific searches volume
then choose the keyword that has maximum searches and try to utilize in your post .
your post must contain 2% google keywords . Don't try to over volume your post with the excess of keywords then it will became a spam for google
through google search trends you can search for the country specific keywords as traffic from UK and US are preety important for the blogger in order to get high CPC
