Dropbox has presented the abundantly asked for offline folder Support. Sadly it is just for premium users.
With offline folder, you can check a whole envelope to be adjusted and all documents will be downloaded and occasionally synchronized when you have a web association. At that point when you are out of scope region, you can keep on working on the reports and when the web is back your progressions will be spared.
